Sweet Potato Smoothie

A Sweet Potato Smoothie is a perfect way to start a day or anytime for a snack.

1/2 cup sweet potato puree
1 finely chopped frozen banana
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 scoop protein powder


Place all ingredients, except for walnuts, into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cup, top with chopped walnuts and additional maple syrup if desired. Serves 2.
