Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut sweet potatoes into long wedges. Toss in bowl with remaining ingredients. Spread on lined cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy. Serves 4.
