Fruit Soup

Fruit Soup is a great healthy side dish sure to complement many a main meal. Click here to see this exciting recipe!Ingredients

1 large, ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
2 cans, 6 ounces each, pineapple juice
1 lime, juiced
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped


Combine cantaloupe, pineapple juice and lime juice in food processor and process until smooth. Pour soup into shallow bowls or cups and top with chopped kiwi pieces. This soup may be served as a starter or as a dessert course. Serves 4.
