1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
1 banana, sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp dark chocolate (optional)
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Distribute honey evenly on pan and immediately place banana slices evenly over pan. After 1-2 minutes, flip banana slices and cook for another 1-2 minutes. They should be slightly golden and soft. Remove from heat and place on top of ice cream. If you desire, shred 1 tbsp chocolate on top. Serves 1.
