Ingredients
4 apples
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (or any nut of choice)
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut holes with a knife into apples for stuffing. Be sure to leave the bottom ½ inch of apple intact. Stuff apples with sugar, walnuts and raisins. Top each apple with a pad of butter and cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool for 10-20 minutes and serve. Serves 4.
