Ingredients
½ can coconut cream
1 can coconut milk, full fat
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup shredded coconut
1 pinch sea salt
Directions
Heat coconut cream and milk in saucepan over medium heat until combined. Stir in cocoa powder and mix until combined. Turn off heat and stir in maple syrup or honey and vanilla extract. Pour into baking dish lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle walnuts, coconut and salt on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Once chilled, cut into pieces to serve. Serves 20-30.
