Blackberry-Banana Smoothie

A Blackberry-Banana Smoothie is a perfect way to start a day or anytime for a snack.

2 cups ice-coldĀ blackberries
1 banana
2 cups Vanilla Soy Milk
6 oz Low-fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp wheat germ (optional)


Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for about one minute. Serve with a straw. Serves 2.
