Apple and Barley Salad


Ingredients

2 cups of mixed greens
¼ cup of cabbage, sliced thin
1 apple, sliced
¼ cup cooked barley
1 handful grapes, sliced
4 oz. cooked chicken
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsps dressing of choice
Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss to mix. Serves 1.
