Inside Out is a surprisingly, and cleverly executed, journey inside the mind of a young girl in turmoil. When her family moves, Riley goes through the full range of emotions in her attempt to adjust . . . Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. We all experience conflict, it is how we choose to react to it that ultimately dictates our state of mind.
